I have to be honest with you. WoW is an addicting game. It just has so many ways to play and enjoy the game that it's hard for me to choose. Some people love the quests. It makes them feel as if they are actually there in the world of Azeroth. Some are Scrooges bent out on ruling the farming locations and auction house. You would be surprised how similar it is to the stock market. Then there are the fighters, nothing but death, destruction, and maybe a few heals here and their can quench their thirst. And you never could forget PvE every one wants a piece of the action on the latest world bosses. You know what is rare to see in WoW? Someone who can master all of these aspects of the game. Why is there very few masters in this game you might ask? Elementary my dear. It's hard to accomplish! When you look at it there are only three ways possible to become the best at the game. One, doing it on your own. Two, buying a guide on these aspects. Three, hiring an online service to do this for you. All three have their ups and downs (some more downs then ups). Through personal experience I will state the following confession confession of a WoW addict.

Unfortunately, very few students of the art have ever seen the true side of the martial art called Karate. I studied a martial art called Kang Duk Won back in the sixties and seventies, and Kang Duk Won did illustrate the True Martial Art. With Kang Duk Won Korean Karate, which was a forerunner of Tae Kwon Do, the rumors were true, even women and children could use the art to defend themselves against large attackers.

I will tell you the secret of Kang Duk Won in a moment, but first let me make a point, what I am about to tell you was not true for Shotokan, or kenpo, or Goju Ryu or Shito ryu or any other art. These arts were altered, and so lost the essence of Karate. And, to be honest, there seems to be no sign of a resurgence of The True Art in these arts.

Shotokan, for instance, was supremely altered by the robust college students of Japan. It was tailored for tournaments and machismo and the singular and limited mentality that bullies holds only to the truncated truth that there is only art and it is the one I am studying. At one point a college student was beaten to death for not holding to this terrible principle.

Kenpo is another example of an art that has been reworked into insensibility. Tournaments, protective gear, trophies, and the desire to keep little Johnny entertained so he would keep paying fees are all part of this heresy. And, as time progresses, it seems that other influences are derailing the potential The True Art and robbing people of the real value a study of the martial arts can give.

The event had been dubbed The Ultimate 2008 and every one of the main cards six matches ended via TKO.

While nominally taking subordinate status to the Evans/Griffin main event the most shocking result by far was Frank Mirs second round TKO stoppage of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Nogueira was the overwhelming favorite coming into the fight and had never been stopped inside the distance during a career where hed faced the best of the best:

Mir, meanwhile, had been on the verge of a full time move to the broadcast booth before his victory over WWE superstar turned MMA fighter Brock Lesnar. The conventional wisdom concerning Mir was that hed never fully recovered from a serious motorcycle accident in 2004 and that he was essentially a shot fighter physically, emotionally and psychologically.

Always a quick witted and highly cerebral fighter, Mir had been very impressive with his commentary work on WEC broadcasts. A highly respected BJJ black belt, his knowledge of submission technique was legendary but in his broadcast role also displayed not only tremendous poise behind the mic but the sort of innate ability to see the fight several moves ahead of the competitors"the same ability displayed by the legendary Bas Rutten in his broadcasting work. That was rendered irrelevant, however, when Lesnar made a rookie mistake and dangled his leg in easy reach of the BJJ blackbelt. Mir locked in a deep knee bar and Lesnar was forced to tap. Even with the submission victory, however, the perception was that Mir had gotten lucky when Lesnar made a rookie mistake.

There would be no such reprieve against Nogueira, according to many pundits, as he was too experienced and too good of a BJJ player in his own right. Mos gave Mir little chance to prevail in this matchup against a highly experienced veteran that had never been stopped inside the distance.

The fight was certainly one-sided, but it was Mir who was in control throughout. From the opening horn he demonstrated surprisingly sharp striking skills, and knocked Nogueira down twice in the first round. Not expecting a solid standup offense, Nogueira looked downright lost in the later stages of the first round as Mir doubled and tripled up his jab and threw impressive punching combinations to go with low kicks and occasional takedown attempts.

Though Mir appeared in full control of the fight as the second round began, the end would come with startling suddenness and brutality. After a low kick attempt by Nogueira, Mirs counter tagged his opponent and he followed up with a big right hook that sent the Brazilian crashing to the canvas.

In the light heavyweight championship match, Forrest Griffin got off to a good start in his title defense by using his superior height and reach and an impressive array of kicks to keep Rashad Evans just out of range for two full rounds. Methods for Treating ACL Injury

Joints are held together with ligaments. Sometimes a ligament can tear causing a great deal of pain. The anterior cruciate ligament is located at the center of your knee. It prevents your tibia (shin bone) from moving forward onto your femur (thigh bone).

If you tear your ACL, your knee may give out while you are engaged in physical activity. If you dont have this treated, your knee may give out time and again. This can cause early arthritis as well as damage to the cartilage.

ACL Reconstruction can resolve these problems. With this surgery, your damaged ligament can be replaced with new ligament. This ligament may come from a deceased donor (allograft) or from you (autograft).

If you use an autograft, it will probably be taken from the front of your knee. This is called the patellar tendon. It may also come from your hamstring.

There are pros and cons to both types of grafts; however, both are usually successful for most people. Talk with your surgeon to find out more.

Your surgeon will probably use arthroscopy to perform your ACL reconstruction. This type of surgery is usually done using general anesthesia.
