A glow stick is known for being a dependable lighting source as it is self-sufficient and needs no external power to produce light. Another distinctive characteristic of glow sticks is that they dont produce heat or sparkle with the light. It is usual to have gas leak after natural disasters like earthquake, hurricanes, etc, where neither traditional lights are dangerous to use.
